Lasnamäe is often associated with high-rise housing, but its homes are more varied. Sikupilli has lower buildings from earlier decades: Majaka tn 45 dates from 1940 and Majaka tn 22 from 1961. There are also newer homes, including Paepargi tn 49, built in 2015.

It is not just the wardrobe's width and height that matter, but also space to lay out side panels, attach the back panel and fit the doors. If a wardrobe reaches almost to the ceiling, we check whether upright assembly is allowed for that model. Even with a standard layout, furniture must fit the actual openings, sockets and heating appliances.

Unloading arrangements can vary considerably between buildings of different heights. Tell us the floor, whether there is a goods or passenger lift, the cabin dimensions for a large order and where the packages are stored. A long worktop or wardrobe door may not fit in the lift even when boxes containing shorter parts do.

Give the building or section number if there are several entrances at one address. If courtyard access is restricted, explain where unloading is possible. Additional carrying on stairs or from the parking area is discussed before the visit.
