Loo has apartment buildings from different periods. Loopargi tee 2 dates from 1958 and Loopargi tee 3 from 1983. Saha tee retains buildings from the 1970s: Saha tee 2 was built in 1972 and Saha tee 3 in 1977. Both brick and panel buildings are found here, but internal wall materials should be checked separately.

New housing has also appeared. Kastani tee 6, Kastani tee 8 and Lepa tee 5 date from 2023. Houses and terraced homes are found near Lepa tee and Kuusiku park. Depending on the address, furniture may come through a shared entrance or a separate doorway, sometimes with carrying upstairs.

If the previous wall unit or wardrobe filled the wall, measure after dismantling before ordering new furniture. Skirting boards, projections, radiators and adjacent doors affect usable depth and width. Measure a recess at several points and check space in front of hinged-door fronts.

If a bed or sofa is already in the room, clear space for long components beforehand. We agree the assembly order to avoid moving a finished tall wardrobe through a narrow passage. Wall fixing takes account of the actual fixing surface.

In newer buildings on Kastani and Lepa, book a bed with drawers, bedroom wardrobe, table, bedside units and hallway furniture for one visit. Distribute boxes between rooms and leave an assembly route clear. Before installation, we check final measurements after finishing work, including ceiling height and skirting positions.

If a tall wardrobe is assembled on the floor, check it can be raised afterwards. We adjust sliding wardrobe doors and dresser drawers. For a large furniture order, send a list by room.

A kitchen needs the module plan, final dimensions and water, electrical and ventilation positions. We separately clarify worktops, cut-outs, appliances and wall cabinets. If the old kitchen is still present, state whether dismantling is included.

Fixing shelves, cabinets and tall shelving depends on actual wall construction. Internal partitions may differ from original building materials after renovation. Share known concealed wiring positions before installation.

We assemble children's beds, wardrobes, desks and dressers, plus home offices with computer chairs and storage systems. For a small room, we check space to lay out components and open drawers beforehand.

For a separate office or workspace, combine several tables, drawer units and shelving pieces. Send a layout plan and quantities of matching models to estimate the time.

Provide the address, entrance, floor, lift information and package locations. For a low-rise home, specify the entrance and any carrying on stairs. Mention any restrictions on unloading access to the entrance or courtyard beforehand.
