In a house with retained or renewed finishes, fixing positions should be established beforehand. Shelves, wall cabinets and tall shelving need a suitable fixing surface. Before installation, we clarify the partition construction at the planned fixing position and the location of concealed utilities, where the owner knows them.

For kitchen installation, we need final wall measurements after finishing work and the positions of water, ventilation and electrical connections. We discuss whether worktop fitting, cut-outs or adjustments to individual parts are required. This is especially useful after rebuilding or changing the room layout.

A bed, dresser, two bedside tables, desk and shelving can be assembled in one visit. If other furniture is staying in the room, clear space for the parts beforehand. When assembling a hinged-door wardrobe, we check that its doors will have room to open fully.

For home offices, we assemble desks, chairs, drawer units and storage cupboards. To set up several workstations, send a layout plan and the number of items.

For a house, state the most suitable entrance and unloading point. The courtyard, path to the door or internal staircase may affect carrying the boxes. When booking for an apartment building, give the floor and lift information. Mention any restrictions on noisy working hours before arranging the visit.

We need the furniture models, a list by room, photos of the installation space and the address. Add measurements for a kitchen or fitted system, ceiling height for a tall wardrobe, and information about stairs and package locations for furniture on the upper floor.
